Police Management Series, D.A.R.E. Officer Training, and Community Relations and Engagement Program

We aim to graduate 204 officers from our Police Executive Leadership and Management Training Series and D.A.R.E. Officer Training program. LEF provides a continuum of leadership training through the three programs of the Training Series: STEP (Supervisor Training & Education Program), PELC (Police Executive Leadership College), and CLEE (Certified Law Enforcement Executive). The Series contains essential modules for serving a diverse community. These classes foster creating a supportive environment, building personal and professional connections, and looking to hire fresher, more diverse, and locally based officers are an advantage for law enforcement.
