An 8-week transformative equine assisted therapeutic riding program designed to help participants cultivate essential horsemanship skills while learning effective techniques to manage anxiety and stress in their everyday lives and practice learned coping skills when dealing with trauma. Our center is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where participants can connect with horses, themselves, and each other.
