Graduating senior from Delaware Hayes High School whose life has been touched by cancer through an immediate family member (mother, father, brother, sister or grandparent).

REQUIREMENTS
*Must have GPA of at least 2.5 or higher on a 4 point scale or its equivalent;
*Must be enrolling full-time in an accredited university of college;
*Consideration is given to applicant’s financial need;
*Must submit TWO letters of recommendation.
