Bill Hedges was an electrician and Buckeye Valley graduate. This scholarship is intended to honor his memory by helping graduating seniors from Buckeye Valley High School pursue a career in a trade field.

REQUIREMENTS

Please note: scholarship is reserved for NON-TRADITIONAL POST-SECONDARY PROGRAMS.
*Must have a GPA of at least 2.65 or higher on a 4-point scale or its equivalent
*Pursuit of vocational education, job skills training, or credentials that lead to a career
*Non-traditional post-secondary educational path (i.e.: CDL, culinary school, nurse’s aide training, etc.)
* Must be a graduating senior from Buckeye Valley High School
*Students pursuing non-traditional educational paths are encouraged to apply.
*Consideration is given to the applicant’s financial need.
