The Alex Rezkalla Foundation was established by Justin and Dawn Rezkalla to honor their son, Alex, and to support individuals and families affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Alex’s diagnosis brought firsthand understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial challenges faced by those living with Duchenne. The Foundation is dedicated to funding research that advances therapeutic development and increasing awareness of this progressive neuromuscular disease. Through community engagement and sustained fundraising efforts, the Foundation seeks to accelerate meaningful progress in treatments and improve the quality of life for those impacted by Duchenne. Every child deserves the chance to grow up.
