Bethanne Masters Prachar Memorial Scholarship

The Bethanne Masters Prachar Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating high school senior from Buckeye Valley High School, Delaware County, OH.  A Selection Committee representing the Donors and the Delaware County Foundation will review applications and make scholarship recommendations annually to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Only one scholarship is awarded per year if appropriate candidate is found.

REQUIREMENTS
* Graduating senior from Buckeye Valley High School;
* Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4 point scale or its equivalent;
* Must be enrolled at Ohio Wesleyan University.

This scholarship is set up in memory of Bethanne Masters Prachar,  a 1986 graduate of Buckeye Valley High school and a 1990 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.  Bethanne ‘s biggest joy in life was to be of service to others. Her vocation was representing facilities that helped others get treatment for addictions. We know that Bethanne would be honored that in her memory,  she is able to help others financially to receive an education.  The applicant will be a graduate of Buckeye Valley and has been accepted to Ohio Wesleyan University.
