The Denney Family Community Impact Scholarship, established by Brian and Amanda Denney, reflects the couple’s
deep commitment to community service, volunteerism, and giving back. This scholarship is designed to support
students who demonstrate not only academic promise but also genuine dedication to strengthening their
communities through service to others. They believe that meaningful impact begins when individuals invest their
time, talents, and compassion into the lives around them, and this scholarship seeks to honor and encourage
young leaders who live out those values. By supporting service-minded students, we hope to cultivate a lasting
legacy of generosity and positive community involvement for years to come.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be a graduating high school senior from Delaware Hayes High School or Buckeye Valley High School.
• Candidate must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Candidate must have completed at least 100 documented volunteer hours during their high school years. Volunteer hours may be completed through school, nonprofit organizations, religious institutions, or other community-based service activities
