This scholarship will be awarded to a community member residing in Liberty Township or is a member of the Liberty Township Powell YMCA for at least 6 months. Applicants should have served a minimum of 100 hours of community service within the last two (2) years. Consideration will be given to the student’s financial need.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduating senior who is a member at the Liberty Township/Powell YMCA for at least six (6) months OR lives in Liberty Township;
• Must have a GPA of at least 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale or its equivalent;
• Must be enrolling full-time in an accredited institution for a 4-year degree, 2-year degree or certificate program;
• Must have 100 hours (minimum) or verifiable community service activities in the last two (2) years;
• Consideration is given to applicant’s financial need.
