The Delaware County Master Gardener Association (DCMGA) is awarding two $2,500 scholarships to Delaware County students. These scholarships are for post-secondary programs in 1) horticulture, 2)botany, 3)agriculture/crop science, 4) environmental science, 5) plant based nutrition, or a related field at an accredited college, university, or technical school in the United States. The mission of DCMGA is to teach environmentally sound, research-based gardening practices to the citizens of Delaware County, under the auspices of the Ohio State University Extension of Delaware County.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant(s) must be a graduating high school senior from Delaware County OR must be a graduate of a Delaware County school and currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
- Applicant(s) must be entering or in a post-secondary program in 1) horticulture, 2)botany, 3)agriculture/crop science, 4) environmental science, 5) plant based nutrition, or a related field at an accredited college, university, or technical school in the United States
